333 Dexter

The 333 Dexter project is a twin, 12 story tower, office building located in the high-tech, South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. The project was completed in 2019. A unique feature is the exterior ‘Walking’ columns seen at the perimeter of the building. SAK performed the cast in place structural concrete system including: formwork, steel reinforcing, post-tensioning cables, place, and finish. SAK also performed the architectural concrete for project.
