Project Description
Located in downtown Seattle, WA, this 9-story, mixed-use, midrise was completed in 2009. SAK preformed the cast in place structural concrete for the core and shell portion of the project. After completion, the building underwent tenant improvement construction converting the core and shell building into a medical office.
