Construction phased over 3 years for completed complex. The Emerald Queen Casino, Hotel, and Parking Garage project was built for the Puyallup Tribe, in Tacoma, WA and completed in 2018.
This was a fantastic project that required excellent communication and flexibility in our approach as project continued to evolve through the design process. SAK performed the cast in place structural concrete system that included: formwork, steel reinforcing, post-tensioning cables, place, and finish.
