ILANI CASINO RESORT PARKING GARAGE

The Ilani Casino Parking Garage was the second phase of the Casino. Previously, SAK had completed the Casino project in 2016. The parking garage phase started in 2019 and finished in 2020. Located in Ridgefield, WA, just forty-five minutes north of Portland, OR, this project incorporated trades from both sides of the state line. Over 31,000 cubic yards of concrete,1,500 tons of rebar, and 978,000 square feet of slab was placed. SAK performed the cast in place structural concrete, formwork, steel reinforcing, shotcrete, place and finishing for the project.
